BlueVortex™-2K-ESR*/TERS*/THz*
Featuring an original remote liquefaction architecture, the UHV cryogen-free low-temperature scanning probe microscope system enables long-term stable operation below 2 K without liquid helium consumption, requiring only a small amount of helium gas. The system is compatible with qPlus AFM and can be extended with advanced experimental modules, including superconducting magnets, ESR, TERS, THz spectroscopy, and electrical transport measurements.

● Closed-cycle cryogen-free cooling system with sample temperature below 2 K, offering low operating cost.
● Innovative remote liquefaction scheme with a specially designed vibration isolation module, integrated with a high-rigidity SPM scanner, ensure the system to achieve excellent vibration damping, which is comparable to traditional liquid helium Dewar-based systems.
● Liquid nitrogen or liquid helium can be used directly for cooling, enabling rapid cooldown and a wide operational temperature range.
● Compatible with qPlus AFM module.
● Compatible with five-electrode sample holder for variable temperature electrical transport measurements.
● Optional optical access for photonic or optoelectronic experiments.
● Optional in-situ deposition capability in the SPM chamber.
