● Closed-cycle cryogen-free cooling system with sample temperature below 4 K, offering low operating cost.
● Innovative remote liquefaction scheme with a specially designed vibration isolation module, integrated with a high-rigidity SPM scanner, ensure the system to achieve excellent vibration damping, which is comparable to traditional liquid helium Dewar-based systems.
● Easy integration for upgrading conventional wet cryogenic STM systems (liquid helium Dewar) to a closed-cycle, cryogen-free configuration.
● Liquid nitrogen or liquid helium can be used directly for cooling, enabling rapid cooldown and a wide operational temperature range.
● Compatible with qPlus AFM module.
● Compatible with five-electrode sample holder for variable temperature electrical transport measurements.
● Optional optical access for photonic or optoelectronic experiments.
● Optional in-situ deposition capability in the SPM chamber.
