● High-rigidity SPM scanner, ultra-low vibration level and high temperature stability comparable to liquid helium Dewar SPM system.
● Modular design with q-Plus AFM Function
● Supports five-electrode sample holder for variable temperature electrical transport measurements.
● Optional optical access, suitable for optical experiment.
● Optional in-situ deposition  in SPM chamber.
● Liquid nitrogen or liquid helium can be used directly for cooling, enabling rapid temperature reduction and a wide operating temperature range.
● Easy to install, allowing the upgrade of a liquid helium dewar STM system to a closed-cycle helium-free STM system.
