MAIN FEATURE

 

●Modular crucible design with an extended crucible outlet ensures sufficient energy for cluster decomposition.
●Quick-release bottom design facilitates easy material loading.
●Segmented water-cooling and thermal insulation design.
●Maintains the initial temperature inside the crucible even after the decomposition zone reaches operating temperature.
●The core temperature of the decomposition head can reach up to 1100°C.
●Modular assembly allows for convenient maintenance.
●Independent temperature control in three zones, with a maximum temperature stability of ±0.1°C.
●DNF40CF mounting flange, compatible with all MBE systems.

●Excellent thermal crosstalk resistance between adjacent heating
